Princess Cruise Lines brought Broadway to the sea by mounting “Magic To Do” by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Pippin). Of course, with this ambitious undertaking, they chose to call on the experts of MammothVision to realize a Broadway Scope in the stage limitations of a ship.
Working with Jeremy Railton and Alex Calle of Entertainment Design Corporation, MammothVision was tasked to design and develop a foreground and scenic visual strategy that set the stage for some of Mr. Schwartz’ most iconic musical numbers. Using a combination of LED and projectors, large and small effects integrate seamlessly with the action for a theatrical master stroke.
